How we work
Start with a clear scope.
Before work begins, we agree what the project needs, who makes decisions and what will be delivered. That gives us a concrete basis for discussing costs and timing.

A proposal that sets out the work
We review the starting point and constraints. The proposal sets out what is included, who is responsible and what falls outside the scope.

Progress you can review
We organise work into deliveries and review them with you. If a priority changes, we agree its effect on the scope and schedule before proceeding.

A handover you can use
We prepare the relevant documentation and access. Maintenance or further support is agreed according to the needs of each project.
